This research is motivated by the positive response from the community and this madrasa has a very good impression. This can be seen from the interest of the community to put their children in this institution. Based on the facts in the field the number of classes in Madrasas is 9 groups. Meanwhile, if you look at the location of this Madrasa far from the district center, the number of students is relatively large. Madrasah Aliyah 04 Pasaman Barat completed its students with a graduation rate of 100%. Also carve a number of achievements, including; 2nd place in the quiz competition at West Pasaman regency level and 1st place in the musyabaqah syarhil Qur'an at West Pasaman regency level, 1st place in the Khutbah Friday prayers at the West Pasaman regency level and others. The strategy of madrasa principals in improving pedagogical competence in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 04 Pasaman Barat is to provide socialization about learning preparation, explain teacher assignments, arrange evaluation schedules, provide direct guidance, instruct teachers to make teaching materials, provide general guidance in overcoming students' problems. The strategy of madrasah principals in improving teacher personality competencies is to set an example, reprimanding undisciplined teachers. The strategy of the madrasah head in improving teacher social competence is to establish good relations with teachers and show good communication methods. The madrasa head's strategy in increasing teacher professional competence is to encourage teachers to attend international seminars, workshops and trainings. The strategy of madrasah principals in improving IT competency in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 04 Pasaman Barat is to hold an IT-based learning workshop, after that the principal asks the head teacher to design learning and implement IT-based learning for students.
